Our products are crafted from a blend of silk satin, soft mesh, signature satin elastic strapping and electroplated hardware. Each season the design team works with hand picked European suppliers to develop innovative elastics, bespoke embroidered tulle, and custom electroplated accessories.

We package every order in our black customized Meriel box, making it look more important than it is. In a bid to guarantee safe delivery, we wrap the box in bubble wrap and then put it in a mailing bag or an additional box that has your shipping address written on it. 

Meriel Team is always on hand to help you in choosing the right size that will perfectly fit your body. All you need to do is to go to the Size Charts page and you will find measurements for all categories of items we display on the website. We are always ready and willing to assist you in finding the right size and give you advice on the fit! If you need our assistance, do not hesitate to contact us.  

Every product of ours is handcrafted in Ukraine.

You will find information related to storage and care on our web page dedicated to that. It is important to note that treating garments with love and patience makes them more durable.  


We ship our products all over the world! However, owing to difficulties associated with shipping services, we have not been able to ship our products to some countries. For more details about where we ship our products, please check our Shipping Policy.

This is determined by your location. We indicate our shipping times on the page dedicated to our Shipping Policy.  We are going to send a link to your delivery confirmation mail, which you can use to track the shipment of your order.

If the ordered items are in stock, it takes us about 2 business days to package your order and then pass it to the courier company. Please note that the postal service needs at least one business day to update the tracking once your order is ready for shipment. Although our Customer Care Team is on hand 24/7, our warehouses are only open for business from Monday through Friday. You will find shipping times on our Shipping Policy page. 

Out-of-stock items can still be included in your order. They are made available in 5-10 business days. 

If you use a service that can be tracked, once your order is shipped, you can monitor its journey until it gets to you. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once your order is shipped. All you need to do is to click the tracking link sent to your email to see up-to-the-minute tracking information. However, if you're unable to track your parcel, please go to the following page. We have learned from experience that it is sometimes impossible to track shipping to Canada. This is due to the difficulty emanating from the Canadian Postal Services.

  • Shipping within the US

You will not pay any tax for the shipping done within the United States.  However, some local taxes that are non-customs related may apply, and they’re to be paid by the customer, not by Meriel. 

  • International Shipping

If your order is coming from a country other than the United States, you might be required to pay some import duties.  It is not the responsibility of Meriel to report or pay any international or exclusive taxes. All prices indicated on our website and the total costs of your order are not inclusive of any customs duties or sales tax. 

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to pay any duties or taxes expected of them. If any duties or local taxes apply to the parcel, the customer must pay them to have the package released by customs. Following the shipment of an order, all duties and taxes are no more refundable. Also, if the customer returns an item, Meriel will not refund any associated duties and taxes. 

Our shipping is done via Express DHL Delivery, which costs $25. However, an option of FREE Express shipping is open to all customers with a fulfilled order value of more than $200. 


You can pay for your order using American Express, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, and ApplePay.

When you finish adding the ordered items to your cart, proceed to Checkout and paste the code to the “Discount code or Gift card” field. Then, you can redeem your discount by clicking the Apply button.  

Please, check the following if your promotion code fails to work: 

  • Have you correctly typed in the code? Be sure that you have entered the code exactly as the way it is displayed, using a combination of numbers, uppercase, and lowercase.
  • Check whether the promotion has expired. Check the terms and conditions that apply to the promotional code to ensure the code has not expired.
  • The product(s) you have selected, are they valid? Check the product(s) in your cart whether they are valid for the promotional code’s. terms and conditions.
  • If you are experiencing any other problems, please contact Customer Service.

Before the shipping of your order, you are at liberty to change your shipping address.  Additionally, Meriel will allow you to change the size and color of items if you make a request to that effect less than 24 hours after placing your order. You can add more items to your existing order less than 24 hours after placing your order.

Once you place an order, we receive it instantly to be able to deliver it within the shortest possible time. Meriel will allow you to cancel your order at no cost if you make a request to that effect less than 24 hours after placing the order.

Please note. You may not be able to cancel an order placed on a weekend for free. However, if you successfully cancel the order less than 24 hours after placing it, you are not going to be charged. In the event that the costs have already been deducted from your credit card, you will have a full refund of the purchase price.

Amur will not grant a request for cancellation made after the order has been shipped or over a weekend. Then it becomes necessary for you to pay the full amount of the order.

We always try to update you on the status of your order by sending you an email, notifying you that we have received your order, dispatched it or it has been returned. We may even update you on items packaged in your order.

 First, check your spam box. If you still cannot find this, please email us at support@amurdesires.com, and we will give you all the necessary information.

Nearly all our parcels get to their destination safely and on time. However,   in the unlikely event that this happens, all you need to do is to contact our Customer Support Team.


If any of the ordered items does not match your expectations or does not fit you, you can return it within 14 days from the date you took delivery of the order.

Please note: You will only be able to return a product and get a refund if:

-You received the wrong product by our mistake.

- You received a product with a defect. 

- You received a product of another color by our mistake.

A customer must inform us about the aforementioned issues, providing us with photos as proof, in less than 48h after the confirmation of their delivery. When we receive a product and no damage has been done to it, we will give a total refund of the money paid for the item. In this case, the customer ought to send the item back to us in its original packaging. Meriel will pay all costs (shipping, taxes).

You cannot return an ordered item if:

- You have already used the product.

- The product has been engraved.

* The product involves full bodies, panties, garters, and latex products (for reasons of hygiene).

** The product has the wrong fit size. Meriel can fix that due to the terms of the exchange

NOTE: If you ordered two or more products, we will offer a refund for ONLY the wrong/ faulty item.

* To guarantee the health and safety of our staff and customers, we cannot allow you to return any item that comes in contact with bodily fluids or the genitals. Once these categories of items leave our warehouse, we consider them as used and unsalable. However, if the product is defective or damaged, you will be able to return it. Please, inspect your items when you receive them.

You cannot return any of the following:

  • lingerie panties
  • bodysuits

Please, establish contact with us if there is any specific issue with your return request, and we will be glad to resolve the issue amicably.

If your exchange/return is not shipped out within 7 days after it was approved, we will reject this request and cancel the free return label that we sent to you by email.

Once we receive your returned item and find it intact, we will notify you via email. Also, we will inform you whether we approve or reject your request for a refund. 

Please note: if the item you returned is:

  • used
  • not in good condition
  • not in the original packaging with all the labels and tags intact
  • an intimate nature product

We will not only reject your request but also ask you to cover the shipping cost to return the parcel to you.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed in 5 - 7 working days after approval. If you ought to have received a refund but haven’t received it yet, please contact us at support@lingeriebymeriel.com.
