Refund policy

Return Period

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept most returns by mail within 14 days of receipt. Please note, lingerie items and custom-tailored pieces (mainly corsets and corset dresses) are excluded from this policy due to hygiene reasons and customization, respectively. All sales are final.

Condition for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

   - Unused and undamaged

   - Tags intact and attached

   - In its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a return.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 - 7 working days.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in certain cases where Meriel covers the cost:

   - Receipt of the wrong product due to our error

   - Receipt of a defective product

   - Receipt of a product in a different color than ordered due to our error

We strive for accuracy and quality but apologize for any inconvenience these issues may cause. In such cases, please contact us immediately for assistance.

 

Exceptions

Please note that lingerie items and custom-tailored products are non-returnable. Additionally, products that have been used are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
