Processing Times

Our processing times vary depending on the availability of the items you purchase:

   - In-Stock Items: For pieces available in our USA stock, we typically process and ship your order within 2-3 business days.

   - Pre-Order & Custom Tailored Items: For our exclusive selections, processing times range from 5 to 20 business days. They are dispatched to clients directly from our Atelier based in Ukraine. Please note, pre-order purchases are charged immediately upon order placement. Once your pre-ordered item(s) are ready to ship, we'll send a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.
